Please read the information in our terms and conditions section regarding making a change to your booking. In general a change in name or date of birth is no problem, as long as the person who made the reservation remains the same. If you want to make change regarding your arrival or departure date please submit a request in our help center. We will find out for you if it is possible and which costs might be involved. If you want to change your reservation to a different campsite or accommodation in most cases there will be a cancellation fee. Please submit a request in our help center regarding what change you want to make and we will inform you what the fee will be.
