You can cancel/rebook your booking free of charge until 01/02/2024 (only applies to new booking arriving after 01/04/2024). After the1st of February there will be cancelation costs if you wish to cancel. For changing a booking, we have to look into this case by case. Besides a 24 GBP changing fee, other fees may apply. Please submit a request in our help center if you want to change your reservation.
