You can check whether or not pets are allowed on the campsite on our website. If a dog is allowed on the campsite, this does not always mean that the dog is welcome everywhere on the campsite. Often there are special areas by the sea, where dogs can swim, this is often the case in Croatia. In other areas this is not allowed. In addition, dogs are often not allowed in restaurants and other facilities on the campsite. Dogs are not allowed in all accommodations, so if the dog is allowed on the campsite, it is not always allowed in the accommodation. The accommodations on our website always indicate whether or not a dog is allowed in the specific accommodation.

On our website you can see per accommodation what additional costs you have to pay on the spot. Here you can see which mandatory costs there are and which extras you can add if you wish. You often have to pay a deposit on site, which you will get back when you leave the accommodation in the desired condition. Tourist tax often also has to be paid on the spot. We often do not know how high this is exactly. The local government determines the amount and this often depends on the season and the age of the travelers.

During the early and late season, facilities have limited availability or are completely closed. A campsite often decides whether certain facilities are open based on campsite occupancy and/or weather conditions. You should be aware that in early and late season, swimming pools may not be open or at least be open to a limited extent. Other facilities may also be closed if there are not enough guests to keep them open. A campsite always has the right to change the opening hours of facilities without specifying the reason.

In many cases, it is not possible to rent a bbq at the campsite. If your accommodation does not have a barbecue, you should assume that you cannot use one. Sometimes a campsite has central bbq areas, if this is the case at the campsite of your choice, you can find this under the facilities tab at the campsite of your choice.

Sometimes during the season, campsites may change their policies regarding the use of BBQs. For example, during times of extreme drought, there may be a complete BBQ ban in effect.

Each campsite sets its own rules regarding the use of the pool and any slides. This may mean that children under a certain age or height are not allowed to use some (facilities in the) pools. Also, the use of air mattresses or inflatable figures is often not allowed. The opening hours of the swimming pool(s) often vary according to the season, in high season they are often open longer. It also sometimes happens that the swimming pools are closed during the siesta, this is particularly common in Italy.

We understand that the presence of a charging station is becoming increasingly important. Campsites are also trying to accommodate the increased demand. However, it is still very common that charging posts are not present. Or that only 1 or 2 charging posts are in use. If we do have the information, you can find it under the facilities tab from the relevant campsite.

When planning your stay, it is important to know that bed linens and towels cannot always be booked last-minute. Each supplier of accommodations has their own rules and conditions regarding the addition of these extras.

Most providers require you to reserve bed linens and towels in advance, often at the time of booking. This is because they have a limited supply or need to organize the logistics around preparing and cleaning these items. This helps ensure availability and hygiene.

Other providers are more flexible and may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, but this is certainly not always guaranteed. Therefore, it is advisable to reach out to us to check the specific terms and conditions of the supplier you are booking with. 

To avoid disappointment, we recommend reserving these extras in a timely manner a general guideline is 4 weeks in advance at the latest. If you unexpectedly need additional bed linens or towels during your stay, contact the supplier of your accommodation directly to inquire about the possibilities. However, be aware that there may be extra costs involved and availability is not guaranteed.

In short, plan ahead to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a modest number of accommodations which are wheelchair adapted. Please submit a request in our help center and let us know in which country/ campsite/ dates your are interested and we will inform you about the possibilities.

This is never allowed! Not even if it concerns a baby. This often has to do with the rules on the campsite, the safety and insurance of the supplier of your accommodation. It is for your own safety that this is strictly supervised. We have encountered families being refused entry to the campsite or their accommodation when they arrived at the campsite in excess of the permitted number of travellers.

Cot mattresses are usually not available when booking a cot.

In most cases this is possible. You will find the information about this under the heading "optional booking" at the bottom of the information about your accommodation on our website. The costs for this can also be found here. Sometimes they are available free of charge, but you should always indicate them when making your booking, as the availability is not unlimited. Attention! Cot mattresses are usually not available when booking a cot.

In most of our accommodations the cot does not fit in the parents bedroom and has to be placed in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom or in the common living room.

Please submit a request in our help center, in most cases we can send you a map. Please mention in your request the campsite and the accommodation, then we can send you the correct map. We have a lot of accommodations on the campsite from a lot of different suppliers. All those suppliers have their own maps. Therefore it is important to mention in your request from which accommodation you want to receive the map.

Have you already looked in your spam mailbox? Sometimes our confirmations end up there. If this is not the case, please contact us. by submitting a request in our help center.

After you have received the first provisional confirmation of receipt, some time may elapse before you receive the final travel confirmation/invoice. Especially if you make the reservation outside office hours. If you have made the reservation during the weekend, you will receive the final travel confirmation/invoice on Monday. If you make the reservation from Monday to Friday in the evening, you will receive it the next day. If you make the reservation during office hours, in most cases you will receive the travel confirmation/invoice on the same day. On bank holidays you will receive the travel confirmation/invoice on the next working day. Tip: check your spam mailbox to be sure!

If you have made a pre-booking, you will receive your confirmation/invoice as soon as the supplier of your accommodation shares their availability and prices with us. This may take some time. Suppliers share their prices and availability between July and November and sometimes even later. As soon as we know more, we will reach out to you.

You will receive an initial confirmation from us immediately after booking indicating that your reservation or booking request has been received in good order. We always need to carry out an extra manual check. As soon as this has been done, you will receive your final travel confirmation/invoice from us. Only then should you start arranging additional matters such as your flight tickets. (Please always check your " spam" folder. )

You can simply make a booking online. Follow all steps and wait for your confirmation. You will first receive a confirmation which states that you will have to wait for your final (2nd) confirmation /invoice. As soon as you have received the final (2nd) confirmation your booking is confirmed.

We offer accommodations only. For ferry crossings, airplane tickets and car hire, we have to refer you to the relevant suppliers. By searching the world wide web, you can find the relevant suppliers and their offers.

You can pay for your holiday through our portal, you can access it by clicking on the link in your invoice and enter your mail and password you used when creating your customer account. You can use your Mastercard/Visa Card or pay using the online payment method provided (if applicable). If you wish to make a bank transfer, this cannot be done in the customer portal. You can organize a wire transfer with your bank. Please make sure to mention your booking references. Our bank details can be found on your invoice.

You can pay via a bank transfer or via the customer portal. You can log into your customer portal with your customer account, using  the same email address you have used to book your holiday. The first time you will have to create an account and verify your mail by clicking on the mail you receive just after creating your account. Once logged in you can use your credit card (Visa and Mastercard) to pay. In some cases the initial payment has to be done upon booking using your credit card.

The deposit is 25 % of your booking amount. The deposit must be paid within 3 days (in some cases upon booking !) after making your reservation. If you book a holiday within 8 weeks before arrival, the entire payment must be made immediately. In that case there is no deposit. If you book your trip during our early booking period, the first deposit is only 99 euro ! The deposit of 25% will follow on the date that the early booking period expires.( the first of February)

The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. When making a reservation within 8 weeks before arrival, the total amount has to be paid immediately while making the reservation.

Yes you will receive a confirmation of your payment. You can also check your payment status in your customer portal. Please use the link in your invoice, and enter mail and password used to create your customer account. You can only access booking details, if your customer account is created with the same email address you used for your booking. Once logged in you can see the status of your balance.

We will always send you 2 payment reminders before we cancel your reservation. We will also try to get in touch with you by phone to discuss the outstanding payment with you. However, if we do not receive any response and your payment is not received, we will be forced to cancel your reservation and charge you the costs involved. If it concerns a last minute reservation, there is often not enough time for the 2 mentioned reminders and we will contact you directly if no payment is made. Also in this case we will cancel the reservation if the payment is not made and the cancellation fee will be charged to you. Of course we do everything within our power to get in contact with you before canceling your reservation.

You can cancel/rebook your booking free of charge until 01/02/2024 (this only applies to new bookings arriving after 01/04/2024).  After the 1st of February, there will be cancellation costs if you wish to cancel.  For changing a booking, we have to look into this case by case. In addition to a 30 EUR changing fee, other fees may apply. Please submit a request in our help centre if you want to change your reservation.

To do so, please submit a request in our help center. We will then contact you to discuss the possibilities and consequences to the total booking amount with you.

This is different for each partner we work with and also depends on the type of change. In case of a change, please submit a request in our help center. We will gladly inform you about the possibilities.

Please read the information in our terms and conditions section regarding making a change to your booking. In general,, a change in name or date of birth is no problem, as long as the person who made the reservation remains the same. If you want to make a change regarding your arrival or departure date please submit a request in our help centre. We will find out for you if it is possible and which costs might be involved in addition to a 30 EUR change fee. If you want to change your reservation to a different campsite or accommodation in most cases there will be a cancellation fee. Please submit a request in our help centre regarding what change you want to make and we will inform you what the fee will be.

You can submit a request in our help center, please inform us about the correct name and your booking number. We will change your reservation accordingly and send you a new confirmation by mail.

If it is allowed in your accommodation, we can add more people to your reservation. Please be aware that some of the partners we work with charge extra costs for extra persons. Sometimes the price is based on 4 persons staying in an accommodation also when 6 people are allowed. If you want to add a 5th or 6th person in these cases, there will be an extra fee per night. If you want to add extra persons to your reservation please submit a request in our help center with the details of the new travellers and we will handle your request.

Please submit a request in the help center, please add your booking number and mention that you want to cancel your reservation. If you are entitled to a refund, please also mention your IBAN number. Please always use the email address from which you have received your confirmation.

The cancellation fee depends on the date on which you want us to perform your cancellation. The closer to your arrival, the higher the cancelation fee. You can find the conditions in our terms and conditions section on our website.

We are sorry to hear that your flights have been cancelled. You cannot cancel your accommodation without costs. The normal cancellation fees apply (terms and conditions). We can look with you whether it is possible to reschedule your trip to another date if your trip is still more than a month ahead in time. Or perhaps we can look at other possibilities at another destination. Please send in a request form. We will look into it and inform you if there are possibilities.

This is possible in theory, as long as we have not yet received an answer from the provider. Once we have received a positive response, the reservation is final and can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
