You can cancel your reservation directly through the
Customer Portal, using your booking reference and the email address used at the time of booking. In the portal, you will also find detailed information about the cancellation fees. Please make sure to check these costs carefully before confirming the cancellation, as once cancelled, the reservation cannot be restored.
After cancelling your booking, we will send you the cancellation invoice as soon as possible, and in any case within 72 hours.
If you have taken out insurance, you can use the cancellation invoice to submit a refund request to the insurance company Campez Couvert, who will determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement of the cancellation costs.
