When you did purchase an insurance with your booking this will be shown under Extras as "Cancel and Travel Insurance (Mutuaide Assistance)" on your invoice. You received with your invoice a detailed information packet and PDF from the insurance company with details on what is covered. We ask that if you want to cancel your booking, to first cancel it by sending a request in our help center. You will receive a cancellation invoice which you need to file your complaint with Campez Couvert. You then contact the Campez Couvert insurance company directly so that your claim can be made. In the attachment of your booking, you can find a link to their "claims page". The insurance company will ultimately decide whether your claim is a valid claim and whether they will pay out.
