We work with many different providers of accommodations. Each provider has a different way of working. With some providers you will receive the deposit back immediately if you leave the accommodation in good condition. If the deposit needs to be paid in cash, we would like to advise you to always ask for proof/receipt. Other providers will refund the amount to your credit card or bank account after the accommodation has been checked. It also happens that you have to sign a form that gives the provider the opportunity to debit an amount from your account if the accommodation is not left tidy. It is good to ask at check-in how the provider of your accommodation works. Then you know what to expect upon check-out.
