On your holiday

We work with many different providers of accommodations. Each provider has a different way of working. With some providers you will receive the deposit back immediately if you leave the accommodations in good condition. Other providers will refund the amount to your credit card or bank account after the accommodation has been checked. It also happens that you have to sign a form that gives the provider the opportunity to debit an amount from your account if the accommodation is not left tidy. It is good to ask at check-in how the provider of your accommodation works. Then you know what to expect upon check-out.

Yes ! You must take all your waste to the waste containers during and also at the end of your stay. Even if the final cleaning is included, or if you have paid for it, you must take the waste to the designated containers before you check out.

You can find the check in time on the voucher you receive 4 weeks before arrival. In most cases check-in starts between 15:00 and 17:00 hrs. Check-out is in most cases before 10:00 hrs.

During the late evening and night (often between 23.00 - 07.00 hrs) you may not be able to enter or leave the campsite with your car. 

In most cases it is not posible to check-in early. In most cases you can use the campsite facilities before your check-in time, but the actual check-in in your accommodation will take place as mentioned on your voucher.

You must leave your accommodation before a set hour. Information about this can be found on your voucher and or you can ask the staff. If you want to leave the campsite at night or very early in the morning, you often have to park your car outside the campsite. This is because of the rules regarding noise and tranquillity after a certain time. Please ask the staff member onsite. In case of early departure, the inspection of your accommodation will take place later and you will receive the deposit back into your bank account (if the inspection has not revealed any irregularities).

Usually you have access to your accommodation after 4 or 5 pm. The correct time is stated on your voucher. You can often make use of the facilities on the campsite earlier, please ask our staff about this. Please note that on some campsites the siesta is taken into account. Especially on Italian campsites you may not be able to use the swimming pool at certain times around lunch time. Other facilities are also not or to a lesser extent available and even the barrier will not open. You will not be able to enter or leave the campsite at these times. If you arrive at the campsite after check-in time, please inform the campsite. Upon arrival, the security guard will help you further.

We are so sorry to hear that you have to return home early. We cannot give you a refund for the unused nights. If you have a cancellation insurance, you can ask your insurer if this is an insured event.

All our guests must adhere to the rules of the campsite. Whether it's for example rules regarding check-in, the swimming pool, or quiet hours, each campsite has its own regulations, and all guests must comply with them. Should the campsite or the provider of your accommodation decide to remove you from the campsite due to non-compliance with the rules, there will be no entitlement to a refund.

We are sorry that your accommodation is not as you expected it to be. The best thing to do is to report the inconvenience immediately to the staff of the supplier of your accommodation. They will do everything in their power to deal with the cause of your dissatisfaction. After all, we all want you to enjoy a carefree holiday. If you cannot find a solution with the employees on site, please contact our office. We will mediate for you with the partner to try to find a suitable solution. Please use our request form in the help center to get in contact with us (if necessary), you can choose for an urgent message. In this way you e-mail will be handled with priority. For urgent matters, you can also call us during our office hours.

It is important that you always report your dissatisfaction on-site. You should take the following steps. Report your complaint to the local staff member. If this does not solve your problem sufficiently, please contact our office. We will mediate for you with our partner. If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, please ask for a complaint form on-site and have it signed by the local staff member. You should then submit your complaint to us no later than 2 months after returning home. We will handle the complaint and will get back to you within 1 month at the latest. Tip:most suppliers will not deal with your complaint post travel if you have not reported the shortcomings on the campsite. You have to go through the right steps. You can submit a complaint in our help center, your e-mail will be handled by our customer care team as soon as possible. We will get back to within one month at the latest. ( Please be aware that in most cases we have to contact our suppliers for feedback, this is why we ask for your patience). We can not accept complaints over the phone, if you do wish to speak to one of employees regarding an urgent matter, you can ofcourse contact us during our office hours.
