You can view your reservation by using the link in your invoice, or by using the link you find for the FAQ & Contact area on our website. You will log-on with your customer account. First time you will have to create an account, and remember using the same mail as you used for making a booking. In this way the booking will be linked correctly to your account. In the portal you can view your booked accommodation, available extras to book, make payments and look at documents available, like your invoice.
You can also use the portal to save campsite favorites so you always can keep track on your next booking. To save a favorite on our website you will have to be logged in.
