The European Camping Group (ECG) acquired the VacanceSelect Group in 2023. The European Camping Group already includes the tour operator brands Eurocamp and Homair.
Due to this it was decided to merge the accommodations of VacanceSelect in to one common fleet, together with Eurocamp and Homair. The new fleet called Eurocamp & Homair will now operate a shared choice of accommodation with an even wider selection of options for you. This means for you, that the accommodations types you use to book with us will change name. You see the new categories here:

Ultimate holiday home range
This is the largest and most sought-after range of holiday homes and has been designed with a modern lifestyle in mind. Intelligent use of space meets sleek, fresh design in our flagship range. Comfort holiday home range
It’s easy to make yourself at home in a Comfort holiday home. That’s why it remains one of our most popular ranges. Good value, bright interiors and space for everyone. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cater for yourselves, but why cook indoors when you can light the BBQ instead? Comfort Plus models take our popular Comfort formula to newer models with a little more space.

Classic holiday home range

The European Camping Group (ECG) acquired the VacanceSelect Group. The European Camping Group already includes the organizations Eurocamp, Roan, Homair and CampingVision. The VacanceSelect brand has been acquired by Camping Vision International AG, which is your contract partner, when booking your next holiday at VacanceSelect.
You may already know this Dutch/Danish/Swiss organization from the brands Allcamps and LuxCamp. Additionally, VacanceSelect has been part of this group since October 1, 2023. Therefore, we have updated the brand's appearance, including its logo and website, which now has even greater search functionality and interesting new features.
It's good to know that VacanceSelect no longer offers its own mobile homes on the new website. The mobile homes that VacanceSelect offered on their website until this year are still on offer, but no longer under the same name. This is because Eurocamp and Homair have taken possession of them. They are now under a different name. In addition to these accommodations, you will find the accommodations of many other tour operators and campsites/holiday parks themselves on the new VacanceSelect website. VacanceSelect works with most of the top campsites/holiday parks and tour operators in Europe!

You can view your reservation by using the link in your invoice, or by using the link you find for the FAQ & Contact area on our website. You will log-on with your customer account. First time you will have to create an account, and remember using the same mail as you used for making a booking. When you book on the IE website, you must also register an account there. On the top right, there is a drop-down bar with several country flags. You must also pick the same country in which you made your booking. In this way the booking will be linked correctly to your account. In the portal you can view your booked accommodation, available extras to book, make payments and look at documents available, like your invoice.
You can also use the portal to save campsite/holiday park favorites so you always can keep track on your next booking. To save a favorite on our website you will have to be logged in.

In your invoice there is a link to the portal in which you can see your reservation. To enter the portal you will at first log-in have to create an account, using the same mail you have used for booking. By using the same mail for your customer account, the booking will be linked to your profile. You will then have access to your reservation, view the details and make a payment. If you have made other reservations in the past with same mail, your entire reservation history will be shown.

You can find our emergency number on your voucher. You will receive your voucher no later than 4 weeks before arrival at the holiday destination, on the condition that the entire booking amount must be paid. If you make a booking with arrival within 4 weeks before arrival, you will receive your voucher as soon as the full payment has been received.

Emergency number
During high season (July & August) you can contact us outside office hours through our emergency phone should any problem arise whilst on holiday. This emergency number will be shown on your voucher.

You have booked with us on the campsite/holiday park of your choice. The accommodation/pitch is owned by the campsite/holiday park or one of our carefully selected partners. On your voucher you can see who, in your case, is the supplier of your accommodation/pitch. They are your on-site contact at the holiday destination and will help you with all your questions. We do not have staff from our company at your disposal on the holiday destination
Insurance

When you did purchase an insurance with your booking this will be shown under Extras as "Cancel and Travel Insurance (Mutuaide Assistance)" on your invoice. You received with your invoice a detailed information packet and PDF from the insurance company with details on what is covered. In this attachment you can also find a link to the page were you can file your claim. Please make sure that you answer all questions and send relevant proof when asked. This will speed up the process of your claim.

When you did purchase an insurance with your booking this will be shown under Extras as "Cancel and Travel Insurance (Mutuaide Assistance)" on your invoice. You received with your invoice a detailed information packet and PDF from the insurance company with details on what is covered. We ask that if you want to cancel your booking, to first cancel it by sending a request in our help center. You will receive a cancellation invoice which you need to file your claim with Campez Couvert. You then contact the Campez Couvert insurance company directly so that your claim can be made. In the attachment of your booking, you can find a link to their "claims page". The insurance company will ultimately decide whether your claim is a valid claim and whether they will pay out.

It is important to take out insurance, because even though you plan everything carefully, life is full of surprises. For example if you are not fit to travel and a doctor advises you not to travel, the insurance will refund the cancellation fee charged by us. There are many more events covered by the insurance. When you make a reservation online there is more information regarding the insurance we offer. You will receive the insurance policy and conditions as an attachment to your invoice.
