Online check-in is only available for certain holiday destinations. If it is available for your booking, you’ll find a link on your voucher, which you’ll receive around 4 weeks before your arrival. This link will take you directly to the online check-in process. In most cases, online check-in becomes available 4 days before your arrival. Please note that for some holiday destinations, completing the online check-in before arrival is mandatory. This requirement will always be clearly indicated on your voucher. Occasionally, technical issues may prevent the online check-in from working properly. If this happens, there’s no need to worry — you can simply complete the standard check-in process upon arrival.
