Please read the information in our terms and conditions section regarding making a change to your booking. In general, a change in name or date of birth is no problem, as long as the person who made the booking remains the same.
If you want to make a change regarding your arrival or departure date please submit a request in our help centre. If you wish to add more people after the invoice has been issued, a change fee of 30 GBP per person will apply. For any other changes, a fixed fee of 30 GBP will be charged on top of any additional costs.
If you want to change your booking to a different holiday destination or accommodation in most cases there will be a cancellation fee. Please submit a request in our help centre regarding what change you want to make and we will inform you what the fee will be.
