Please refer to the information in our Terms and Conditions regarding changes to your booking. In general, changes to the name or date of birth are not a problem, provided the original booking holder remains the same.
Changing a name or date of birth:
Free of charge if done via the customer portal (unless additional extras are linked to the change).
Adding guests after the invoice has been issued:
- Free of charge if done via the customer portal (excluding any additional extras and any additional costs for the added guests charged by our partner will still apply).
If not done via the customer portal: 30 GBP per change.
Changing arrival or departure date, campsite/holiday park, or accommodation:
Please submit a request through our Help Centre.
- We will inform you of the available options and any additional costs.
- A change fee of 30 GBP per change applies.
