You can cancel/rebook your booking free of charge until 01/02/2024 (this only applies to new bookings arriving after 01/04/2024). After the 1st of February, there will be cancellation costs if you wish to cancel. For changing a booking, we have to look into this case by case. In addition to a 27 GBP changing fee, other fees may apply. Please submit a request in our help centre if you want to change your reservation.
